Im Jahr 1890 kreierte der Salzburger Konditor Paul Fürst die erste Mozartkugel, deren Pistazien-Marzipankern ummantelt von Nougat und dunkle Kuvertüre und mit einer Stanniolfolie eingepackt ist.
Hier erklingt eine Ode an die Mozartkugel, wo der Pistazien-Marzipan, die helle und dunkle Nougatcreme, die dunkle Kuvertüre, die Stanniolfolie und sogar auch das Mozart-Bildnis auf der Stanniolfolie mit verschiedenen Melodien und Musik-Schichten musikalisch dargestellt und zusammengeführt werden.
Dieses Musik-Dessert hat natürlich auch genauso wenig zu tun mit dem großen Meister wie die Kugel mit seinem Bild auf der Verpackung. Hoffentlich bereitet aber sie genauso viel Genuss für Ihre Ohren, wie die Mozartkugel für Ihre Gaumen.
In 1890, the Salzburg confectioner Paul Fürst created the first Mozartkugel, whose pistachio–marzipan core is coated with nougat and dark couverture chocolate and wrapped in tinfoil. Here, an ode to the Mozartkugel is heard, in which the pistachio marzipan, the light and dark nougat cream, the dark couverture, the tinfoil, and even the portrait of Mozart on the foil are musically represented and brought together through different melodies and musical layers.
This musical dessert, of course, has just as little to do with the great master as the chocolate ball with his image on the packaging. Hopefully, however, it brings your ears as much pleasure as the Mozartkugel brings to your palate.
